Julia Child, a dear friend and long-time supporter of the CIA, and member of the college's Hall of Fame, visited our Hyde Park campus in 1990 for a special event with our students. While on campus, she sat down with Dr. Tim Ryan, now the CIA's President, to discuss her thoughts on food and future trends in the industry.
