Chef Jason Hill of http://www.CookingSessions.com tests out cooking shrimp on a Himalayan salt rock, also called a Himalayan salt block, in this episode of "Chef Tips." After heating the rock at 350 F in the oven, we put the rock on a cutting board and cooked the raw shrimp in just a few minutes. The result? Tasty shrimp and a great conversation piece! It was the hit of our Fourth of July BBQ!
