This is what I got after putting the pitch down in half-step, 24% key changes. I then amplified the parts that sounded like speech by 17%. It sounds like a human says "Speak" at 1 sec, then something Jar-Jar-Binksy says "Na-Ka-Har-Zi-Zhib". After the first static, it says "A-Har-I" and then at the end says, "A-Ree, A-Ree" Let me know what u guys think. P.S. If u think I faked this, get this from NASA's website, and follow the same steps that I did.
