Arriving at Friday's EU summit in Brussels, Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou tells journalists that he believes it has become time to deal with 'systemic problems' in the eurozone now that his country has sorted out its debt problems. EU leaders will discuss the eurozone problems during lunch. At the summit they will also discuss the situation in Egypt and a common EU energy policy.
